Easter

Easter is a very important holiday for our family. It is the recognition and celebration of the sacrifice our savior made for us. It is more important that Christmas because, had it not been for the Crucifixion, Burial, and Resurrection, we would not have the promise of an eternal life in Heaven. We attend church every Sunday so that Easter does not bring about a change in our routine in that respect.

That being said, the following are pictures of my punks at Easter, along with their father and myself, taken at different times throughout the day by different friends and family members. Notice how absolutely adorable they are, how handsome they look. They don't wear a typical little boy's Easter ensemble. No suits for these two. They're too cool and hip for that. Sometimes they do wear ties but not this year. Each year they wear a different sweater vest. The past couple of years have found them in tattered jeans as well. And, of course, they're color-coordinated.

Please ignore the fact that I look at least four months pregnant (for me) in my red dress. The priority was finding a red or blue dress that was cheap. This fit the bill. The fact that it actuates my negatives was low priority.

How cute is this guy? He left the hat on the entire day.
